Technical Support
The Technical Support department's aim is to keep all our customers’ aircraft flying as safe as possible with a high regularity. This is made possible by constant reviews of airworthiness status, for example maintenance program and reliability reports.
The engineering department’s aeronautical engineers (TSE) all have their own specialities and take care of their respective ATA-chapters with help from Technical Services. The engineers make sure that all current regulations are followed. They are determined to be at the forefront in the industry with regards to innovations for more environmentally friendly and safer air transports. Technical Services is a subdepartment to Technical Support and consists of Technical Planning (TSP), Technical Library (TSL) and Technical Records (TSR). Technical Planning’s primary task is to make sure that all long term maintenance is planned in the best possible way to avoid maintenance beeing a day too late or a day too early. Technical Records receives all documents of maintenance performed on the customer’s aircraft and takes care of the quality assurance and file records according to regulations. Technical Library maintains all of the manufacturer’s technical documents; aircraft and maintenance manuals, Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives.
